Double Joy for MaK Personnel at the Recruitment Awards
The team at MaK Personnel and Mak Healthcare have every reason to be joyful after recently being awarded Team of the Year and Best Client Service at The Recruit Venture Group Recruitment Awards held in London.
Speaking at the awards, Managing Director Kim Russell commented “I am delighted we have won this award together, it feels fantastic to be recognised as a team. We support each other in everything we do and work well together to create such a great business. I am proud of each and every one of them and they truly all deserve this award.“
Mak Personnel and Mak Healthcare were awarded Team of the Year after demonstrating to the judges just how they grew their business dramatically over the last financial year and the ways they work together daily to support their clients, especially when having to tackle and overcome issues and deliver solutions to the problems.
On the night, Senior Recruitment Consultant Sue Coker was also awarded Best Client Service after the judges were very impressed with the case study she submitted on her client. It clearly demonstrated the various ways she worked in partnership with her client’s to help them evolve their business using her support and expertise. Sue demonstrated excellent communications skills and has gone on to assist her client’s growth and aid their profitability.
